Shipping policy
Scope of Service
Stryp provides shipment of products solely within the United States. All orders are fulfilled through a combination of internal processing and authorized third-party fulfillment providers.
Processing Time
All orders are subject to a processing period of one to three business days. Processing periods exclude weekends and federal holidays. These timeframes constitute estimates, not guarantees.
Shipping Methods
Standard shipping is the sole shipping method offered. Delivery estimates apply only after an order has been released to the carrier. Stryp is not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside Stryp’s control.
Free Shipping Threshold
Orders totaling more than 20 dollars before taxes and discounts qualify for complimentary standard shipping.
Order Modification and Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation of an order at any time prior to shipment. Upon shipment, cancellation requests cannot be honored. Stryp reserves the right to refuse modification requests made after an order enters processing.
Returns and Refunds
Stryp accepts returns exclusively for products that are unopened, unused, and untampered.
Opened products are ineligible for return or refund under any circumstances.
Products that are unopened but exhibit any indication of tampering will be evaluated at Stryp’s sole discretion. Approval of a refund in such cases is not guaranteed. Stryp reserves the right to deny a refund when tampering, damage, or misuse is suspected.
Returned products must be received by Stryp prior to issuance of any refund. Refunds, when approved, will be issued to the original method of payment.
Holiday and Peak-Period Delays
During holidays or peak-volume periods, processing and delivery times may be extended. Stryp does not warrant or guarantee delivery within any stated timeframe. If Stryp identifies a material delay before shipment, the customer will be notified and may elect to cancel the order for a full refund prior to shipment.
